REDEVELOPMENT NEWS

After 4 long years, the City of Wanneroo has finally supported the redevelopment of Kingsway City to a regional centre on 29 July 2008 giving the owner additional rationale for the Western Australia Planning Commission to grant formal approval for the Development Plan to be drawn and submitted. It will take quite some time before this whole redevelopment can come into fruition. We continue to seek you support and patience while we wait for all approvals to be obtained.
